Terms and Conditions

You must be 18 years of age or older to create an Admin account and purchase subscriptions. Admins are solely responsible for obtaining necessary consents for any minors they invite to their Family group. FamMedley is intended for family coordination and growth.

You retain all rights to the content you post on FamMedley. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, host, and store that content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you and your family.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time through the app settings. Family admins have the authority to delete the entire family account, which permanently removes all shared content associated with that group.

You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not harass, abuse, or harm other users. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content, including but not limited to hate speech, violence, or sexually explicit material.

FamMedley shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

FamMedley provides in-app tools for users to report inappropriate content directly to platform administrators. Users also have the ability to hide or block any other user on the platform, including members within their own family group. We commit to reviewing all reports of objectionable content or abusive behavior within 24 hours. Action may include the immediate removal of content and termination of the offending user's account.

FamMedley offers premium subscription plans: FamMedley Lite and FamMedley PRO. These plans are available on both Monthly and Yearly billing cycles. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
